Banana and Berry Smoothie - recipe 

 

1 large banana

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

2 teaspoons wheatgerm

1/2 cup low-fat milk

1/2 cup low-fat strawberry yoghurt

2 teaspoons honey

 

Method:

Step 1 Place banana, berries, wheatgerm, milk, yoghurt and honey in a blender.

Step 2 Blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses. Serve.
